As an online retailer/wholesaler, LeaderTradingUSA.com is strives to provide exceptional products at great prices. However, if an item becomes unavailable for any reason after a customer's credit card is charged, a credit for the amount of the selling price of the item will be applied to the credit card charged. Furthermore, since the customer is refunded for the transaction, LeaderTradingUSA.com cannot be held liable for an item's unavailability.

LeaderTradingUSA.com will typically ship an order within three to four business days after the order is received. A confirmation e-mail will be sent after an order is received. If an item is out of stock or backordered, our staff will contact the customer (with the provided phone numbers or via e-mail) to inquire if he/she would like us to ship the in-stock items first. At that time, the customer can decide to cancel purchase of the out-of-stock items and receive an immediate refund to the credit card charged.

All products in their original packaging and in new condition can be returned or exchanged within 15 days, starting on the date of the shipment's arrival at destination. The customer is entitled to a full refund (less the original shipping and handling charges) if LeaderTradingUSA.com is at fault for the return. Otherwise, a 20-percent restocking fee will be applied. To obtain proper refund/exchange, the returned product must contain all materials shipped with the original product, including manuals, registration cards, accessories, and packaging materials as in the original packaging. The equipment must not be physically damaged in any way. LeaderTradingUSA.com will not accept any incomplete returns. Any opened box retail packaged products as well as used products cannot be returned, refunded, or exchanged.

All returned products that are claimed to be defective will be inspected for verification. If the product is found to be non-defective, LeaderTradingUSA.com will ship the product back to the customer at the customer's expense, and may charge additional shipping and handling charges if needed. Neglect, abuse/misuse, and physical damage void any kind of after-sale support and no refunds or credits will be issued in these situations.

Refunds are issued either by credit card or company check at LeaderTradingUSA.com's discretion. Please note that refunds for returns are only issued when the merchandise shipped back is received and found to be in acceptable condition.
