Shipping costs are non-refundable on all items.

The customer is responsible for all shipping charges and risks loss on returning items back to LeaderTradingUSA.com. LeaderTradingUSA.com recommends using a reputable shipping carrier that is capable for proof of delivery and fully insuring your return shipment.

If a product is found to be defective or (in the case of an appliance/machine) D.O.A. (Dead On Arrival), the customer must contact LeaderTradingUSA.com within five business days. We only ship out replacements when we receive the original item back or with a cross-shipment agreement with credit card authorization for the item's full price. LeaderTradingUSA.com is not responsible for manufacturer defects; therefore the customer must pay for return shipping any product. We will ship packages back to customers at no cost on defective replacement items via UPS ground or an equivalent shipper. The customer will be charged the difference on all shipping upgrades. LeaderTradingUSA.com will take reasonable measures to replace defective items promptly, and with as little hassle as possible.
